Help and FAQs
How booking works, and answers about payment, changes, baggage and travel documents.
Booking
Search your route and dates, choose a flight and enter the traveller details. This sends us a booking request. A travel adviser then checks availability with the airline, confirms the final price with you and arranges payment. Your ticket is issued once payment is received.
No card details are taken on this website. After you send a request, our team contacts you to confirm the fare and arrange payment securely.
Results come from our flight supplier and are re-checked while the results page is open. Airline fares can change until the ticket is issued, which is why we confirm the price with you before you pay.
Some fares can be secured with a deposit. Your travel adviser will tell you whether this is possible for your fare and when the balance is due.
Prices include airline taxes and our service charge unless stated otherwise. If a card charge applies, we tell you before you pay.
Changes and cancellations
Most tickets allow changes for a fee plus any difference in fare. Contact us and we will check the rules on your ticket.
Refunds depend on the airline’s fare rules. Refundable fares are marked in the flight details. We will process any refund the airline allows.
Contact us as soon as possible. Small corrections are often possible, but some airlines charge for them.
Baggage and travel
Each flight shows the cabin and checked allowance supplied by the airline. If you need more, ask us and we will check what can be added.
Visa and passport rules depend on your nationality and destination. Check GOV.UK foreign travel advice before booking, and make sure your passport has enough validity for your destination.
Your e-ticket is emailed once payment has been received and the ticket is issued. Contact us if it has not arrived when expected.
