Booking conditions
Template text. Have this page reviewed by a solicitor and update it with your company details before going live.
These conditions apply to flight bookings made with Cheap Ticketing.
1. Making a booking
Submitting a booking request on the website does not create a contract. A contract exists once we confirm the booking and receive payment (or an agreed deposit). Your ticket is then issued and sent by email.
2. Prices
Prices include airline taxes and our service charge unless stated otherwise. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed. If a fare increases before ticketing, we will offer you the new price or an alternative.
3. Payment & deposits
Where a deposit is accepted, the balance must be paid by the date we give you. If it is not paid, the airline may cancel the booking and the deposit may be lost.
4. Names and documents
Names must match passports exactly. You are responsible for valid passports, visas and health documents. Check GOV.UK foreign travel advice.
5. Changes and cancellations
Changes and refunds follow the airline's fare rules, plus our administration fee of £[X] per passenger. Non-refundable fares will not be refunded except for taxes the airline returns.
6. Financial protection
[Describe your ATOL / trust account / insurance protection here.]
7. Complaints
Contact us first at info@cheapticketing.co.uk. Complaints about the flight itself may need to be raised with the airline, and we will help you do this.
8. Law
These conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
